It is 1912 and you are invited to dine at the London residence of Sir Douglas Eton-Hogg MP to celebrate the engagement of his niece Agatha Eton-Hogg to Bunny Mandelson.
What should be a happy occasion, however, has been marred by the discovery of the dead body of the butler Mellors in his own bed. He has been murdered, and one (or more) of the guests at the dinner party is almost certainly the killer.

The characters are :-
Sir Douglas Eton-Hogg - An eccentric right-wing MP
Herr Schnapps - A German industrialist, with every appearance of being bourgeois
Agatha Eton-Hogg - Sir Douglas' niece, an intelligent young woman.
Bunny Mandelson - Agatha's fiancé, a gentleman of very little brain
Mary Lippe-Anstoldt - A German Music Hall artiste; a star
Georgette Michel - A young Frenchwoman, a friend of Agatha and something of a flirt
Oscar Hemmingway III - A loud American, interested in big-game hunting and dubious business deals
Sister Morticia Lewinskaya - A nun from Chicago, Oscars personal spiritual advisor.
